redirect domain name

I need help with redirection

My web servers use IIS and i need help redirecting my domain name to a subdirectory of another domain.
I Have one hosting package and I am trying to hide the fact that I am sharing a hosting package from the visitors.
In other words when someone goes to www.123.com I don't want them to see www.xyz.com/123/index.html

What sort of control have you got over the set-up..I presume very little with shared hosting?
