How I can do that effect, when you press the link and you going to another page and when you see that effect, check the link...
I don't know how to do that...anyone can help me?
This seems to be an IE Page Transition [google.com] effect.
These work in IE (v5 and above only I think) browsers and are not part of the HTML/XHTML standard.
CSS at the moment won't allow you to do something like this, but a workaround (if you really want to recreate the effect) would be to use 2 images, the rollover one being an animated gif with the fade effect. This does, however, increase the load time on your page!
The trick is simplicity! The more simple a page is look and feel wise, the more useable it is. Users can be distracted by flashy effects used where they are not needed.
These are, of course, just my humble opinions!
