Flash website templates for actress website

I need to redo a site that I did a while ago for an actress. I would like to try something new this time for one of my sites. Right now, they all seem to have the same type of layout, and I am getting really bored with it. My clients are happy, but I just want to add variety to my portfolio.

The thing is, I don't really have time to learn flash, but would like to put this actress's site in flash. She does not have any video clips to put up on the site yet, but she will. So I will need a template that will allow me to embed video. She does have a portfolio, though, so I will also need the site to handle a portfolio of photos.

She does not have a large budget, so I do not have much cash to lay down. I did some searching for some flash templates, and they seemed to range from 19.99 to 59.99 (which seems really low for a flash site, even thought that is the desired budget), but I did not like any of them.

I really want to keep my sites original, but I just feel that a template is the best way to go in this certain situation. If I do not find something that I like, I will then create an HTML site that has a different layout than the others, but I would first like to see if I can get a flash site going. If anyone as any thoughts on this decision, whether yeah or nay, do tell.

So, does anyone have any tips on where I could find some good flash website templates inexpensively that would work for this type of client? I know it may be a tall order, but it is what it is.

My recommendation is to create a primarly HTML site with some Flash elements intertwined (for the meantime, you can just use animated or static images in their place).

Entirely flash sites, (with the exception of sites that really rely on it like, say, [homestarrunner.com)...] are generally less effective than regular HTML sites since they don't conform to a standard and become difficult for users to use. If you're just trying to get the flashy effect that only flash can provide, my recommendation is as before : add flash where necessary, but don't make whole pages/sites out of flash unless it's necessary.
