I was looking at referers in my logs and noticed a strange entry and so I check it out and find a copy of my site now resides at a different domain. It appears to have been stolen. Suggestions of how to get it taken down?

Serve the SE's and host with a notice under the DMCA.

This happened to me and I sent an abuse complaint to the host of the domain doing it. (I was unable to track it to an actual person). They contacted the offender, and he contacted me. Turns out he was doing "a hobby thing with portals". It cost me a lot in Google traffic for 2 months (they only had his version of my site indexed) :(
