Just got an email from Westhost:

It explains, finally, why I can never get support on weekends but doesn't explain why it takes a day or two to get it the rest of the week.

Funny the website still says they offer 7/24 support. They probably just haven't gotten around to changing it.

maybe 7/24 means, they can answer 7 queries when 24 come in. ;-)

maybe you should check your contract about response time of their support.
