I am using an older IE and am wondering what the URL is to have Microsoft scan your system to let you know exactly what patches are required. Thanks.

Start at

[windowsupdate.microsoft.com...]

and work your way into the labyrinth.

I'm not too sure if there is one.... It would be great if there was! I generally go to the Critical Updates Section [microsoft.com] of the IE section on the Microsoft site and check to see if I have the most recent one installed.

If there is an auto-checked I'd love to know about it!

I used an autocheck system a few years ago but cannot find it now. If anyone has any idea where it is, please let us all know.

Nice link victor, thanks!

I've been told that I need to download over 30Mb of updates and patches, included Win2k SP3.... Ow!
