Cymedic Health Group, and Kwikmed, an Internet pharmacy have been indicted on federal charges of mail fraud, conspiracy, money laundering, and the introduction of adulterated and misbranded drugs an into interstate commerce for selling Viagra and other drugs online. One of the charges is that they were selling drugs without prescriptions

Kwikmed sales had crossed $28 mn till then. Are other pharmacy programs going the same way?

This is a small news story from Consumer health digest ; http://www.ncahf.org/digest02/02-45.html

$28 mil! Not a bad take with low overhead. Maybe I'm in the wrong business after all.

After reading the article, it appears as if the company was circumventing the law by not having a medical review in most transactions.

This would get any physician in any state in trouble whether it be an online prescription or a walk-in patient.
