Spam blocking setting

I can't understand as to why yahoo & hotmail would auto filter the emails under [e-mail] to the spam box & for certain local isp also the same, even without it reaching the inbox. So i tested it with the the subject & body text with the word agencies in it & it manages to go through? So how do i overcome this?

I wouldn't know, but for certain hotmail accounts it goes through, lycos is ok.I'm asking my host to check on it, still no reply yet. Let's see wat's their answer.
