Code Amber Ticker

Will a javascript ticker have _any_ negative impact anywhere?

I don't know how many of you have heard of this relatively new program for webmasters to assist find missing/abducted children, nor if anyone here is currently hosting this service. A site search renders no hits on the subject, so here goes:

Will coding of this type have any implications with respect to any of the 'good' bots? For that matter, do any of you see any reason why/how this could work against my domain, in any way?

<!-- Begin Code Amber Ticker code. --><SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript1.2" src="http://www.codeamber.org/js/codea.js"></script><!-- end of Code Amber Ticker code (c)Copyright codeamber.org 2002-->

Naturally, if there was a way to make a clickable link 'flash' when an active alert was in progress, I'd prefer that. Alas, that is not the case. It's either use the JavaScript link or nothing.

Appreciate any feedback.

No, it is just an external javascript file for a ticker I assume, I don't know any way it could hurt you.
