co.? My site has been down 4 days now & am only recieving lame excuses.Doesn't look good -as their own website is still down too. I'm currently spending $10 month.

Depends on what your levels of ability is regarding the server side of things.

One thing you want to do is make sure your next host has some sort of money back guarantee (at least for a little while) so you can figure out what the service is going to be like. You can definately find good hosts for around $10.00 per month.

after being down for a week, my site is up and running on pair.com. NO MORE (hosting) RESELLERS for ME!

I've heard nothing but good about Pair and Westhost as regards to reliability, customer support and uptime.
