Any procmail recipe chefs out there?

Want to block html mail with images

Enough already. Various genuine and set-in-stone addresses must have made it onto various scummy address CD's, and we're now getting lots of stuff getting through the procmail filters.

Problems - they're mainly from Hotmail and Yahoo, so can't block the domains. The addresses are use and throw-away, so no point blocking the specific senders. Subjects are the likes of Hi, Hello, or some equally bland phrase that cannot safely be filtered on.

Common factor - they're all cr*ppy pron or uce with embedded images. I can safely filter on that, coz it's a rare genuine email that comes in that guise, and anyway, I'm not dev-nulling, just diverting to a webmail account where they can be mass-deleted once I've scanned the subject line and sender.

Trouble - haven't a clue how to do it. Obviously it needs to do a body scan, but is there anyone out there with a recipe in place that does just this? I know that it would be a slow filter, but it comes after the more effective ones, so there are - I hope - unlikely to be many messages left that cascade that far down the main recipe.

Thanks, Mat

Procmail experts are few and far between. There aren't alot of people who really "get it" any more. I used too when I was a shell account junkie, but not any more.

Do we have any in the crowd?
