Internal Customer Service Plan

Strange request. I am saddeled with updating/revising our internal customer service plan. Basically we are a shared service and our clients are also employed by the same company. Has anyone had to create such a plan? Any ideas how to get started?

I was faced with the same duty, and while our companies are different and the document will definitely be different, there are some online resources that may be of help to you. Do a search for "standards of service" or "standards of service samples". That is what alot of corporations refer to them as.
