Not sure if this should go here, but didn't know where else to put it. One of the hats just added to my plate is to manage resources of the designers. My manager wants a Gant chart for the resources (that work on unrealted jobs). Isn't there core information I need (ie, start date, due date, etc)to make this work.
Are there other resources that work better/easier?

Hit the free script archive sites and start digging. There is no single program that will fit all needs, but there are dozens of project management programs out there. Many have team, time, and collaborative management capabilities.
