as you can imagine this is hurting our sales and we are receiving more returns and cancellations.
should we go after her? we know who she is and have documentation to prove it.
anyone have any insight?
Give the exact same product description and image(s) as on your website (especially at the time she bought the product).
Describe any communications you had with her since the date of her purchase and her replies.
If you can give a snapshot of your website page of that product, that might be helpful also.
