I'll start:

An online currency converter that charges a small percentage or fee to exchange funds between the myriad of payment processing services; Paypal <-> GBuy <-> EGold <-> MoneyBookers <-> EPassporte <-> etc..

During a recent visit, my friend and mentor Dave Bellis [webmasterworld.com] and I were trying to come up with ideas for him to implement to increase his online opportunities. Unfortunately, they will not happen now ... so the ideas may as well be shared. He'd have wanted it this way.

1) Online Webmaster School.

Write a "how to" model for would be webmasters using Dreamweaver. The student pays you the course fee which entitles them to ask up to 5 questions per day for the duration of the course. The instructor tutors the student online.

Dave successfully taught me this way.

2) DMCA Submissions

I have plenty of people taking whatever they wish from my site. I don't have the time or the inclination to learn how to make out a DMCA report and I have no doubt there are many others like me. Sooooo ...

Webmasters who find other sites using unauthorized materials and wishing to have those materials removed would submit a complaint to the DMCA Specialist.

A minimum fee would be charged to the complainant for taking his/her case. The specialist would then issue a warning to the offending site. If no response is rec'd from the offending site within a predetermined amount of time, the DMCA specialist would submit a DMCA report on behalf of his client, track the progress of each "case" and stay in contact with the complainant until the complaint is resolved or closed.

Any "damages" retrieved would be shared 50/50 between the specialist and the complainant.
