add javascript code to thousands of .html files

I want to add a javascript code piece to thousands of .html files (the javascript is a stats code piece). Is there any way to add it automatically to all my .html files, to save me cutting and pasting it into every .html file individually? I would be so, so grateful if anyone can help.

PS I have dreamweaver if this can do it.

Do a search for a piece of software called 'BK ReplaceEM'

Will search and replace through a specified folder or set of files.

dreamweaver does that, set up a site using the site stuff, that contains the thousands of pages, then use edit find/replace to add the line between two lines that are the same on each page.
