Hi, any ideas if there is a customer database that is open source or something that you can customise?
Needs to track leads if they are still up in the air, finshed, half finished etc.

Sounds like you are referring to a Customer Relationship Management or CRM package. Have you tried the open source repositories like sourceforge, hotscripts, freshmeat, etc. yet? Here is one at sourceforge: [sourceforge.net...]
