How can you get public email on a site, you know like yahoo or hotmail, is there a way to do that?

Are you wanting to offer email to your visitors? If so you will need to install an email server and a web mail client on your server. The web mail client acts like a front end to the mail server on the backend.
If you choose to do this you need to be careful. Last thing you want is a few users getting your domain on spam lists.
