US Zip Codes

I have a client who we will need to program a dealer locator for which would allow someone to enter their zip code and it would display the nearest dealers to their area. Does anyone have any ideas or know of any systems out there that one can purchase for zip codes that would be a start for this kind of programming?

You can purchase a file of ZIP codes from the Post Office:

If you're using PHP you can try a script from Sanisoft called "ZipLoc". Not sure how big of a database it comes with, but you can track down a zip code to lat/lon database fairly easily.
