Hi ,

Not sure if this is in the correct section....or if anyone can help without specifics...

I have a 5 or 6 page website held locally.....using Winows 2000 server....it is a link from my main website which is hosted externally.....

It is simply not showing, and it has functioned fine since it was set-up some 6 months ago....(not by me)...

Can anyone point me in the direction of where to possibly look for a solution....?

Thanks...

are you hosted on a static IP for this period of time?

if not, i have experienced the same NON index of some of my sites even when they in a subdirectory of a PR7 domain name, happens sometimes, maybe someone can shed some light on it further.

cheers

Hi Mike...

Thanks for the reply......

Sure - it is a static IP...

Its not that it is not indexed...it is simply not showing as a webpage...

Unfortunately I know nothing about this...Incidentally, I presume that the Google Toolbar thinks its there because it shows a PR of 4 but is not exhibited.....My IP address provider say they have changed anything their end......?

Check your default document on IIS. Normally, the default documents are just default.htm, default.asp, default.aspx.

You will need to manually add index.php, index.html or what your root folder's file is.
