I published my website a little over a month ago, and I am getting almost 100 visitors a day, and my message forum has grown to 11 members. Is this good growth for the first month? I think it is, please tell me what you think.

Depends on the type of message forum you are hosting; your site's traffic; etc.
100 visitors a day is about 3000/month. So, it seems that you are signing up 11 of 3000 (average) visitors.
Since you are just getting started, all new visitors and sign-ups should be viewed as "good".

It also depends on the topic. If it were a topic that is considered "mainstream" then it would not be a good sign up ratio. However, if it's a niche topic then it could be considered a good ratio.
The same thing with the traffic: you have to measure your success with the average number of visitors of other forums on the same topic and how many people search for certain phrases related to the topic.

Thanks for everything. Yes, well, my site is a web design help forum. I feel I am having a lot of success since this is a highly competitive field. Any traffic that I get is good. Thanks for the input.

11 members in a month? that is very low. Are you advertising the website in any way? or is it just search engine traffic?
