I'm seeing something from site one that seems to have hit the same number of times as adwords clicks

Not sure where to post this.
When i visit site one, it redirects to site two and i have a couple of hits there as well.
These hits also have some tracking information attached to them.
site two is a ppc site that i have not signed up for.
The clicks that i have for adwords usually show up in my logs as page2.googlesyndicate.com and i'm not getting any of those, just site two and site one.
Any one else experiencing this?

Thanks for the edit.
I just heard back from google after submitting my logs for the day to them. They credited back to me the fraudulant clicks I reported to them. Mind you it took 2 emails, the first showing just the clicks in question, the second showing them all traffic for the day. I thanked them for their reponse and told them they'd be getting the money back from me anyway since I'm still going to be using their server.
So for all the naysayers, google listened to me.
