HTML newsletter -- can't get rid of attachments

This is driving me buggy. Been trying to set up a one-way information list using Mailman software. I've been working out the bugs and sending test HTML emails to myself, and everything now works great, except...

The images I use in the email are hosted on my website account, not included as attachments. And yet, for some reason, they get duplicated, renamed, and sent along as attachments!

I can't figure out what's causing this. I don't THINK it has anything to do with Mailman, though of course I could be wrong. Maybe it's something in the webmail account I'm using to send the messages?

Any help very much appreciated. I'm not a techie by any means, just a right-brained artist type...so be gentle, please. :-)

Solved my own problem--discovered my web mail was creating the attachments. Everything's fine if I use my regular email client.

So please disregard this thread.
