Since my client runs as a true virtual company and ecommerce play, they rely heavily on their mail server (MailSite) to handle almost all communique for their business.
Recently, they've been having quite a number of problems with the mail server from emails not being sent to having to restart the SMTP services to get the flow of mail from their mailing lists to get going again. Its something thats just not acceptable. Rockliffe has gone in and found nothing wrong with their configuration but something just isn't working correctly. They've asked me to get recommendations for new mail server software. They're also open to using a managed mail service.
Outside of normal POP & SMTP needs, they need web mail access and the ability to send mailers out to about 65k members. Fairly strightforward stuff.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.
