For the last week, I've been having problems on and off with my online store hosted on Fatcow (an OSCommerce installation). From Saturday morning (6 May) all I get is a "500 Internal Server Error". MySQL and CGI-BIN are not working. Several talks with their "live tech support" have only acknowedged that there's a problem, that their support staff is working on it, and "it will be a few more hours". This is going on something like 36 hours now, and my business has ground to a halt.
Other online stores and blogs hosted on Fatcow that I've checked are also down. Does anyone have more information as to what the problem is, when it really might be solved?
