How do I pay someone that lives in Israel?

Hi,

I found a great artist, who happens to live in Israel. I'd like him to do some work for me for my website.
I was planning to pay him with paypal, but even though paypal is available in Israel, it is very limited :

"Users in these countries cannot withdraw funds to their local bank account electronically or by paper check. They can withdraw funds to a U.S. bank account."

Does anyone know of another way to pay someone who lives in Israel online?

Try SWREG?

Though personally I'd use a bank transfer, my account to theirs.

When I transfer funds back and forth to Israel the main thing they need is the banks' SWIFT number. Definitely best to do an electronic transfer directly.
