I was given a 40 page sales letter to convert to clean and lightweight HTML.

I'm thinking this will take days. Anyone know of a easier way or some software that does this.

Just using the Save as Web page option in word double the page size and creates HORRIBLE html markup.

Is there a lot of table formatting?

If not then just use netscape composer, it honestly does the nicest job of text > HTML I have seen. Word I think has the worst.

Macromedia Dreamweaver can handle this pretty well.

1. Import -> Word Document...
2. Commands -> Clean up Word HTML...

thanks moltar.
The import -> word document option is grayed out. Opening up a new doc doesn't let me select it either. Any ideas?

You must be in the "Design" mode to be able to import.
