Domain supplier suspended my main domain for spam

Not sent by me, even after I warned them

Ok, well 4 days ago I became aware someone was sending spam out advertising my main website. They were spamming with a link like such. "mydomain/<mydomainsupplier>.com". They were doing this just to get our registration suspended. This is my main business site and I can't afford any problems so I contacted <MyDomainSupplier> and let them know.

They replied saying they will make sure to look for complaints and then check the headers.

Well this morning I find my domain is suspended.

What can I do? <MyDomainSupplier> has no phone support and they seem to ignore my emails. I can't believe one person can get a site shut down that ranks 1900 in alexa, has been registered with <MyDomainSupplier> for 5 years and has no prior complaints.

Am I the only one that thinks this is pathetic?

What can be done? If I dob't get my site back up within 2 days I am going to have major issues.
