website status not active?

Does anyone have any idea why my site's status is not active when i check it on Whois at #*$! and any way i can sort this out?

Is that whois actually at the registrar you registered the domain at, or a third party whois service?

If it is a third party service then it is possible slightly outdated information, and your domain status will show up correctly the next time they refresh their info.
