Suggested directory script

I would like to make a new school directory type site.

I was wondering what the best CMS or script to use would be.

I imagine some schools would be just a name and address, where some would have a full page listing with pictures.

Any suggestions?

Have you had a look at hotscripts?

I am a big fan of gossamer links and I believe hotscripts itself uses it. If it is not for profit you can use gossamer Links v2.0 for free the last time I checked.
