I want to place a feature on my site where site visitors can create their own blog ..like

www.Name.mysite.com. I heard that we can buy few software’s to place this feature on site. I have searched in google but not able to find the solution. If anybody knows where to get this software please please help me.. I want to purchase it as soon as possible.
