I am ready to launch my websites. Reason I have been holding back is I donot wanna get in trouble legally by doing it all wrong. So lets say I have 10 info websites, would it fine if i just opened one LLC company, and published my sites under that. I mean different domain names but they all have same footer when it comes to copyright and contact us.
What do other people who have info or adsense websites do?
Are there poeple also selling stuff on their sites using Credit cards or paypal and just receiving it in their personal accounts? (I wanna avoid this scenario).

Is the first step tp incorporate and then learn on your own. I am self learner, hence I wanna avoid a lawyer of possible. I just wanna open a LLC and start. Is this approach ok?

thanks as always

You really need advice from someone who runs a business in the same country as you but you don't say where you are. I'm guessing that you're not in Europe, but I cannot think of any country where it would be neccesary to set up individual companies to operate seperate domains/websites unless the business those sites are involved with are under some kind of direct government control, for example real estate in some european countries.

Yes. A single company can own multiple websites. For most TLDs the domain name does not have to match the company name.

(that's assuming you're in western europe or usa or similar - if you're somewhere like China then more restrictive rules apply).
