Report them! This seems a bit hypocritical to me, as they are supposedly crusading against spam, yet spamming themselves. Toss it out.

Please!!! Give me a break! "If the email you recieved offers you the option to unsubscribe, use it." This is a dead giveaway... That's a surefire way to spread your email, by validating the fact that it's real...
