Anyone host with VDI?

At 3 days notice we have been moved to VDI. It has been a nightmare. Only 20% of our sites work. No doubt they will work in due course so:

1) Are they any good.
2) Do sites have problems with serps because of their Bizzare DNS addresses.
3) Anything else you can tell us

In general I'd say they have a decent reputation. They have good connectivity in a data hotel... in mid-May they added some bandwidth providers which apparently left things bumpy for a couple of days. They've had a few other issues in the past as well, but I wouldn't say more than any other provider of similar size. I've found their pre-sales response to be lacking, but for tech support reportedly they're pretty good.

I don't know what you mean by "their Bizzare DNS addresses" though. What do they do regarding DNS that's different from anybody else?

The ip is followd by ~username/.

Go to site via IP and the links dont work as the path is wrong.
