Bad Publicity for my Site

I know this has nothing to do with adsence but i need help

People are starting to give really bad publicity to my website posting bad things on message boards that our site doesnt do such as sell e-mail addreesses. This is all to decrease traffic to my site and increase traffic to theirs. I keep addressing the topic, on the forum's, but no one seems to believe me. Any advice?

Put up a sticky post "FAQ". Make it clear that you do not sell email addresses.

Whenever somebody adds a new post to suggest that you do, reply with a link to the FAQ sticky post, and lock the topic.
