I have a client who has an email list of 1200 past customers who have agreed to be on his mailing list. He wants to email an announcement of a sale to them, but his ISP and our web hosting service will not allow a mailing of this size. At the risk of repeating myself, this is not spam: he has the recipients' consent to be on the mailing list.
Where can he purchase a service that will allow him to do this?
