but are the bots?

Ok, as we all know content is king.

my problem - im going to write lots of new pages etc but they are include files set inside a main index page that contains

3 includes ie

menu.php
header.php
content.php

question is when the bots come and index my site will they then display my content as the main page or will it be displayed as i want it with my header include etc?

A search engine robot, just like a browser, can't know what is going on server-side.
So if you have a url that includes 3 files, the search engine can only see the end-result, ie with the includes in place. The search engine doesn't know it is made out of more than 1 file.
