Hello,
I am to the point where I need to go one level up in my org
I need for my partners and I to setup a system that will show (only partners accessible, no client access)
Job order description, state of the work, schedule, job segment description etc…
And that will allow each of us to update and review (web access)
I can code it in PHP and MySQL
But I have no time for that
Heard of anything in that range or of anything that I can tweak?

By advance thanks

You mean like a Support Ticket System - PHP/MySQL [webmasterworld.com]?

Thanks Coopster,
No Not really
I need something that outline all the dev process steps
for ex:
Name of client
Job description
Marketing DPT Job: aaaa
Graphic Job:bbbb
Script and DB job: ccccc

Schedule per dpt
&
Commments

Plus needs to be web accessible so from anywhere and anytime we can both of us access it.

Hmm, the more I look at it the more I guess I should sleep less and jump on it :)
......
Like a contractor will follow work and steps of each of the involved profession: Plumber, carpenter, electric...

Sounds like you are describing more of a Project Management process.

[sourceforge.net...]

Reporting:
I installed phpEasyProject

Does what I need it for
Managing: Team/time/project/tasks

uses the most recent and also less recent MySQL versions
Is a "real" PHP5 using classes "a la" PHP5

I am experimenting with it (Stable version)
