Help printing PDF with comments

I have a pdf that has several comments. How do I print the pdf with the comments? Using verison Reader 7.0

From the menu:

File > Print with Comments ...

Thanks but I do not have that option. The only options under file are print, print set up and print me interent. Any more ideas?
