I need help!

I was hoping I could get some info or direction to a related site or two on the topic of putting together a successfull face to face sales presentation. What are the key elements that are needed.

The topic of the presentation is general web production, digital video editing, digital photography, submission, optimization, content developement, domain purchase, site hosting, and e-mail.

I am looking for examples, tutorials, and ideas on how to lay it all out and where I can find some statistics to include in it. Anything related and your thoughts would be very much appreciated.
