Selling Sites

Need some direction

Hey all,

I have 4 sites with Adsense and affiliate product links that are developed but haven't been promoted much. I'm looking to sell them as a bundled package, but have never done this before. Anyone have any pointers on how to proceed? It needs to be done quickly and without a lot of red tape (if you know what I mean). Any help is greatly appreciated!

Google TOS doesn't allow for the sell of Adsense accounts.

So, whatever Adsense you have on your 4 sites, will need to be removed before you sell them.

Outside of that, you'll probably just have to list your sites on message boards, job boards, etc.

Are you a corporation? Their are various ways around the Adsense issue if you are incorporated.

I understand how Adsense works, but thanks for the tips. I'm just looking for ideas on how to sell these sites quickly. I need to unload them asap, even if it means taking less than I know they're worth. Looking for those with any experience making quick site sales.
