Program for generating specific pages for web site

My client wants on there web site pages for every state and every city in that state. Is there a program out there that can auto generate this type of info into web based pages?

There may be but there best bet would be to find a database that already has these in it and build a script to pull them out. There are services who build databases and sell them try a google search and I am sure you will find someone or something.

Be careful with automatically generating empty directory pages. Some months ago Google implemented an algo change which wiped out many auto generated directories [webmasterworld.com], DMOZ clones etc from their index. Handcoding these pages when your client has actual content to add seems to be the more appropriate method. Those content has to be added manually anyway I guess.
