Where can I get a database or txt with all US Cities Zip codes?

I need to get a databse or a txt file with all US cities and their respective zip codes

for example:

zip 20012 = New York, NY

Something of that sort.

I'm glad I saw your question, it remeinded me I was supposed to look for this last week.

Turns out that a simple search for [zip code database] turns up a number of different flavors, some inexpensive, some cheap, some free.
