I have a site 3 years old with a very - very good position but for some reasons i must redirect it to a new domain
what is the best way to do it without loosing the current traffic and the good possition of the firt page and for all the pages of the site?

It sounds like you know this already but basically the best way is not to do it at all ;)
But if you have to the best way as far as I know is to make sure there is a 301 permanent redirect from every page of the old domain to the corresponding page on the new domain. And keep the old domain up for a while with the redirects in place.
