suggestions before i add my site map

which one to add

i have tried making 2 site maps for my site and want you to see once and let me know which one to make my primary site map.

<snip>/sitemap.xml

all suggestions, comments and ideas to improve it and making it more efficient would be highly granted.

one more question .. do you think its good as sitemap or i need to change them and can they by any chance get bad ratings for my site.

The most important how useful they are for google indexing and hope its not dangerous adding thease kinds of sitemaps and hope google is not going to ban my website.

Maybe you could post a snippet of each using "example.com" instead of any specific .com in the snippet.

I suggest having a 'normal' html site map as well as one in the specific formats that Google and Yahoo! support. Have you read up on Google sitemaps and how to submit a URL list to Yahoo?

Well the links what i gave were those sitemaps which i tried to make using some programs and wanted some seo specialist to check and let me know if they are good or not :(
any other way to show my sitemaps?
