Email list help where to start

Large list i need to send to

I have a large email list of opt in customers, message board users, blog subscribers etc.. and im having the hardest time finding where to send them a message from, upload the name.

I want to be able to send the list monthly or bi weekly updates about sales im having, updates to the site etc..

Ive heard pro auto rspndr is good and i also looked at constant contact. Would it be worth it for me to in house the list and send from local or should i do a 3rd party. My list has roughly 60k emails. Any help would be great.

For a list that size I think you should use a 'professional' 3rd party service that allows people to unsubscribe, etc. You should shop around for a good service, I can't really recommend a specific one.
