Submitted Site in Google daily twice

Hi,

I my site was not preforming in Google, so I submitted my site everyday a couple of times.

Though still my site is not preforming.

Somewhere I heard, that if you submit your site, so many times, your site will never get listed & get blacklisted.

Is that true?
Please tell me..

Google's guidelines [google.com] say that it's a myth that they punish sites for oversubmitting. However, they say that you're probably better off developing better content than continually submitting.

Try to get some links from other sites that are in Google.
