One of my clients has asked me to set up a secure section in their site and put a form to collect their clients c/c details for payment.
They don't want to have a full sign up system, just a means for clients to pass their c/c details in a secure area.
Is this viable, how would go about setting this up?
Are emails that safe?

You would probably want to set up an SSL certificate on that server and then pass the data securely. E-mail is about as safe as sending a postcard.

A lot of shopping cart apps can help you process CC data securely. You might want to look into some of them.

Thanks bill, I'll do that.
