Can I find out all the pages on a website without actually getting the FTP user/pass?

I have a client who Im redesigning a site and he doesn't have access to FTP from his old webmaster. I want to be sure I redesign all the files.

Well, assuming that every page is reachable from a root page, you can always use:

[validator.w3.org...]

to find all of the pages.

Not quite a sitemap generator, but I believe it would give you at least some of the information you are seeking and perhaps all of it (if it is a basic site).

Of course, google has a sitemap generation tool which you can find via:

[google.com...]

but, I have not used it.
