switching hosts

I bought a new account with a new host, and I need to figure out the easiest way to transfer all the data from my current host. There is around 150 meg of data I need to transfer, so I would rather not do it by hand. Didn't see a way to do this with the average ftp program. Anyone help?

if you have telnet access you could zip it up, compress it and ftp it over as a single file.

or i think you can use the ipswitch ws_ftp program to copy everything across in one go.
